Better than ever…

Hey, hey, hey – I’m BACK! And I’m back better than ever!
Last week of my life was incredible! But lets take

it slow – step by step!

This year I went to a different summer camp – it was organised by Kitas Variantas and the main goal of the camp was to talk about life goals and provide tools for the students which could help them on their way.
When I heard about this summer camp my excitement level was over the top – loved the last year camp so I quickly made up my mind that this year

will be no different – I’m in!!!
After passing selection phase I secured my spot between six lecturers!
My topics were – team building, self awareness and courage.
We had enough time to make one of the coolest 4 day camp program in the market and we sure did!

After initial team meeting I started working on lectures material. And that was the time when I thought about personal challenge – I always made presentations while using projector and slides – this time I had to make it work without it – this is how I came up with my own personal challenge! Good thing was that we had to prepare lectures which were practice oriented. It meant that we can use just a little bit of theory and practice had to be the main dish. So it was PERFECT – cause I used NLP in self awareness and courage courses, while team building was based on practice on its own. To sum up – it was a no brainer!

One of the new things that I’ve experienced during preparation phase was my help to another lecturer. I helped him to prepare for two topics – self awareness and goals. The whole experience was challenging – because he gave me a lot of questions and while teaching him and answering all those question I learned a lot myself – this is what I call a win – win situation!

Though it seemed like we do have a tons of time – that amount faded away quite quickly – day after day and I found that tomorrow is Julys 23rd – the grand opening day!
Had some things to take care before that – the good part was that I had my to-do list ready and it was about 90% checked! Last day and final 10% to check was something that I could handle with no stress.

After the final day – I went to bed at 1:00 am. My alarm clock was set on 4 am – first day and I had 3 hours of sleep – it was awesome!

After those 3 hours passed I heard my alarm saying: – KONICHIVAS!!! And epic 4 days experience started…

Story will continue soon…

P.S.: The team – six guys were chosen – no women. People were a lil bit afraid that camp rules might be too strict – though that turned out to be a good thing.
